Cheah Ting Feng bought 51 luxury units at Banyan Tree Signatures, Jalan Conlay — after being allegedly promised hotel-style operations and guaranteed rental returns.
When things went wrong, he sued for RM110 million.
The judge found no evidence of those promises. Because the SPA he signed said one thing: strictly residential use.
